For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping and must arrange and pay for their own LTL freight pickup. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping costs.

For change-of-mind returns, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We cover return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The return request must be made within 30 days of receipt. A refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus a 25% restocking fee.
