You MUST inspect all packages before signing the Bill of Lading.

Any visible or suspected damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading before the driver leaves.

Liability

Signing without notation releases the carrier from liability for damage.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, the carrier name, and a link to track your package. 9. Delivery Issues

9.1 Delayed or Lost Packages

Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Once authorized, the item must be shipped back within 14 days. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. For change-of-mind returns, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We cover return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
